“Extra Virgin” is the very highest grade of olive oil. Because it is produced from the first pressing of olives, it is the most pure, least acidic, best-tasting oil. Paeleon Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes exclusively from Koroneiki olive trees, which are prized for the exceptional quality of their oil. Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is extracted by low-temperature centrifugion. Taste the difference in its fresh aroma and the peppery finish.

• First of all because we love the olive tree.  That love extends to all our practices from the land to the table.  We want to see EVOO be recognized for its benefits.
